Mark White was born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana. He is married to Kelsi Crain White also of Monroe, Louisiana.
After graduating from Ouachita Christian School, Mr. White attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management while also participating on both the baseball and football teams. After graduation, he moved to Baton Rouge where he attended Southern University Law Center. During his time in law school Mr. White was the President of the SULC Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association, dually enrolled in classes at the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law School, and worked at the East Baton Rouge District Attorney’s office as a law clerk for District Attorney Hillar C. Moore III.
Prior to joining Balfour and Emonet Law Firm, Mr. White spent 5 years as an Assistant District Attorney where he was a criminal prosecutor for the state of Louisiana. Mr. White is an active member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association, American Bar Association and Louisiana State Bar Association.
